Managed Drupal hosting
We host Drupal sites and keep them maintained. Not one or the other.
Most Drupal sites are not looked after. Updates fall behind. Backups have never been restored. Nobody notices the site is down until a customer calls.
We host Drupal sites and keep them maintained. Not one or the other. Every site we host is a site we look after, which is why we can promise anything at all about it.

What happens every month
On every plan, without being asked.
- Security updates
- Drupal core security releases and module security updates, applied and tested. This is the work that quietly stops being done everywhere else.
- Backups that have been restored
- Stored away from the server they came from, kept for 30 days. A backup nobody has ever restored is not a backup, so we test ours.
- Monitoring
- We are alerted when your site goes down or stops responding properly, usually before you are, and we start fixing it without waiting for you to report it.
- Certificates and platform
- SSL renewed automatically. PHP, database and platform kept current and supported.
What is not included
We would rather be clear now than argue later.
- Major version upgrades
- Moving from Drupal 11 to 12 is a project, with its own testing and its own quote. Everything within version 11 is included.
- Fixing custom code that an update breaks
- Applying the security update is included. If your site has bespoke code that stops working because of it, repairing that code is billed at our hourly rate. We will tell you before we start, not after.
- New features and design work
- Quoted separately, or covered by the included hours on Plus.
- Content
- We keep the site running. What it says is yours.
Dedicated infrastructure
Some organisations cannot share infrastructure, whether for data protection reasons, a regulatory requirement about where data is stored, or simply the scale they operate at.
For those cases we build and operate a dedicated cluster: isolated, sized to your workload, in the region you need, and managed by us the same way. Same discipline, same reporting, separate infrastructure.
Priced individually. Tell us the constraint you are working under and we will tell you what it takes.
Moving from another provider
We take on sites we did not build, but never straight onto a plan.
First we run a takeover audit: a fixed-price review of how the site is built, what condition it is in, and what it would take to bring it onto our platform. You get a straight answer, which is one of three things. We can take it as it is. We can take it after specific work, quoted. Or we should not take it, and we will say why.
This protects both sides. A fixed monthly price only works if we know what we are agreeing to look after.
You are not locked in
Your code lives in a full Git repository. Your database can be exported from your own Drupal admin whenever you want it.
If you decide to leave, you leave with everything, and we will help you hand it over. We manage your site because you want us to, not because you cannot go anywhere else.
